To meet the trending requirements with good performance and to maintain quality and consistency in print production, Hosur Cluster Pack Prints, a Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu-based printing solutions provider, has invested in a Komori Lithrone G37 from Komori India.

Adding the Komori Lithrone G37 to the fleet of machines and equipment enhanced the operations of Hosur Cluster Packs Prints. “We needed a robust offset press that could handle graphic prints of all kinds, including commercial as well as packaging applications for both short- and long-run jobs. Komori Lithrone G37 ideally gels so well with us for our requirements,” says SAR Selvaraj, managing director, Hosur Cluster Pack Prints.

“After reviewing a handful of offset presses available in the market, the Komori Lithrone G37 felt the best for our requirement. The press’ Japanese technology and competitive cost impressed us in the first place. It’s highly flexible and capable of handling a whole gamut of print applications in newer quality and textures for commercial and packaging print graphics,” he said.

The Lithrone G37 is equipped with an evolved version of KHS-AI integrated control system for quick print start-up. “With its advanced features and tremendous capability, we found this press suitable not only for long-run jobs but also for various print-on-demand products,” says Selvaraj. He adds that Lithrone G37, being an OffsetOnDemand press, meets the needs of short turnarounds and short-run prints.

Capable of offering a maximum printed sheet size of 640×940 mm, the Komori Lithrone G37 is an offset press for a wide variety of printed products. It delivers printed sheets up to 37 inches in width and is capable of handling print outputs of standard A1 poster size. Its total flexibility in layout criteria like bindery register marks has gathered a new footing for Hosur Cluster Pack Prints towards innovative printing and production of graphics.

Incorporated in the year 2017, with a team of 18 well-experienced staff, Hosur Cluster Pack Prints has been serving clients from diverse sectors. “We have a clientele comprising reputed brands as well as walk-in individuals and jobbers who regularly come to us for commercial and packaging printing jobs,” mentions Selvaraj.

Geographically, Hosur Cluster Pack Prints serves its clients primarily based out of two states—Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. “It’s always exciting to be partnered with Komori which added a completely new dimension to our print production, helping us escalate business to the next level,” emphasizes Selvaraj.

He says they look forward to continuing investing in more Komori machines, coupled with after-sales support and service from Komori India.
