In addition, during the event, numerous purchases from long term and new customers were recorded, including Parajett, Maqprint, GraphicsCalve, Phoenix Innovate, Yeulim, Roularta, Orda Print, Ecograf, with more contracts concluded in the following weeks.

Under the theme “Tomorrow’s Finishing, Today”, exhibited systems included:

Revolution 50 AutoSetup Series

Tecnau introduced the Revolution 50 AutoSetup series, a significant advancement in automated roll to cut and stack applications. This innovative solution features full-bleed capabilities with automated page length changes and web impositions, supporting a range from 1up to 4up with no manual touchpoints. This series enhances productivity and minimizes setup times, making it ideal for commercial and direct mail printers.

StreamFolder 5152 and 5154

The new StreamFolder 5152 and 5154 systems, part of the Revolution 50 series, were introduced at the show. These state-of-the-art solutions for roll to glued book-block production feature single and double-channel delivery systems with book-by-book delivery options. Capable of speeds up to 200 meters per minute, these systems offer on-the-fly format changes and semi-automated imposition changes, ideal for short-run book printers seeking efficient and easy-to-maintain solutions.

Tecnau RoboLoad

To complement these high-speed production lines, Tecnau introduced RoboLoad, an autonomous pick-up robot designed to palletize continuous output without manual intervention, further enhancing efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Tecnau sheet-fed finishing for B2 and B3

Tecnau showcased also its advanced sheet-fed finishing solutions for B2 and B3 formats. The Stack 1212 system for B2 formats, featuring an input pallet feeder and Kompac’s Phoenix 20 UV/AQ coater, streamlines production by combining feeding, coating, cutting, and stacking in a single pass for various applications, including high quality photos for silver halide replacement. The Stack 1010 for B3 formats can be attached inline to sheet-fed inkjet presses, eliminating the need for guillotine cuts and labor-intensive tasks.

Sitma e-Wrap

Sitma, a Tecnau company, showcased the e-Wrap automated mailer system, a sustainable packaging solution that dynamically adjusts mailer sizes to fit each item perfectly and features curbside-recyclable paper packaging. This system is capable of packaging up to 1.000 products per hour, significantly increasing automation and reducing shipping costs. The e-Wrap system is a testament to Sitma’s commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation.

Enhanced Industrial IoT with Tecnau Connect

Tecnau also showcased advancements in their Industrial IoT system, Tecnau Connect. This system reports and analyzes production statistics, driving performance improvements and enabling predictive maintenance. These enhancements ensure higher availability and efficiency of finishing lines, aligning with Tecnau’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
