With its prolonged presence for more than six decades in the commercial printing market of Sonipat in Haryana, Shree Ram Printing & Stationery Hub adapts to the changing technological trends and market conditions. The company invested in a new Ricoh Pro C7500, supplied and installed by Monotech Systems to upgrade its digital color printing capabilities.

“Connecting and contributing together to sustain our family-owned company across generations, we ‘The Bhatias’ over the last 60 years are passing on and sharing our overall business among ourselves,” says Lokesh Bhatia, proprietor of Shree Ram Printing & Stationery Hub. He adds, “We never fail to make the timely upgrade of our machine portfolio. Installation of the Ricoh Pro C7500 is our latest upgrade.”

He adds, “This installation of the new Ricoh Pro C7500 has benchmarked a new paradigm of colors and quality in our digital printing. This new digital color production press has bolstered our print offers by speeding up production and boosting the overall vividness of color graphic prints. Our days of hardship in handling high-quality color printing using MFPs (multifunction printers) and plotters are over with the installation of this advanced Ricoh Pro C7500.”

Perfectly engineered to operate at the speed of 85 ppm (pages per minute), which is upgradable to 95 ppm as per requirement, Ricoh Pro C7500 delivers color prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400×4800 dpi. In addition to speed and quality in print outputs, this new and upgraded model is incredible for making graphics bigger. It has options for handling oversized applications up to 13×27.5 inch or 13×37.5 inch of coated sheets and 13×49.6 inch of uncoated sheets.

“Our association with Monotech Systems started with our purchase of the first Ricoh machine—Ricoh Pro 8310S—a truly fast monochrome digital production press, capable of operating at the speed of 111 ppm on lightweight and heavyweight media up to 350 gsm. Such potential of Ricoh technology, as well as the unconditional after-sales support of Monotech Systems, eventually infused us to go for the Ricoh Pro C7500,” says Bhatia.

He continues, “A new model upgraded from its predecessor Ricoh Pro C7200x, this new Ricoh Pro C7500 has been up and running a matter of months in our facility, but it has marked tremendous improvement in terms of texture, sharpness and productivity in our digital printing. It’s faster and its quality is better. In a nutshell, Ricoh Pro C7500 keeps up with whatever workloads and print quality we deliver now.”

On choosing the new Ricoh Pro C7500, Mr Bhatia says that after considering several options they finally settled on the upgraded model, agreeing to purchase it only from Monotech Systems which launched the machine in India last year. He praises the supplier for the first-class support they provide during and after the installation of both the Ricoh digital presses.
