Delhi-based Asian Organics – a manufacturer and supplier of high-grade pigment paste, pigment color paste, pigment textiles, fluorescent pigment inks, water-based inks, and flexography inks – showcased its products at the IntraPac show. The Delhi-based provider is focusing on sustainable packaging — trying to decrease the carbon footprint in inks with water-based solutions.

According to Akshay Saxena, managing director of Asian Organics, the company provides full consultation to manufacturers of flexible packaging (using PVC or LDPE) or paper packaging. “We are a one-stop solution for all water-based inks and coatings. We advocate the use of water-based inks instead of solvent-based as a more sustainable approach,” Mishra says.

Asian Organics has two factories to manufacture its inks and coatings — one in Delhi’s Bawana industrial area and another in Haryana. The Rohini-headquartered company, which has an annual turnover of Rs 25 crore, is a pan-India provider. It also supplies to Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Saxena said, “Our range makes us the only provider in Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi at an affordable price. IntraPac is quite relevant for us as we can explore many more companies and look for solutions. Most importantly, brand positioning was our sole objective in participating in the show. We are looking forward to many more editions.”
