Komori India, a subsidiary of Komori Corporation Japan, has secured deals for 17 sheetfed printing presses during the first three days of Pamex 2024 in Mumbai, the company announced.

Jitender Rohilla, general manager of sales at Komori India, said Pamex 2024 has proven to be a fantastic show for the company. Seven machines were sold on the first day, five on the second day, and an additional five machines on the third day, he said.

The company is optimistic of surpassing the previous year’s record of booking 20 printing presses during Pamex 2023.

The deals are not limited to a single segment, as packaging convertors and printers from various sectors, including commercial printing, books printing, and others, have adopted Komori printing presses to meet their diverse requirements, the company said.

The multiple deals include nine printing presses from the Lithrone G series, predominantly chosen by packaging convertors. Additionally, seven machines from the four-color Enthrone 29-inch presses series and one machine from the LP series are included in this lineup, the company said.
