Equipping its arsenal with an AccurioPress C 12000 and C 6085 digital press from Konica Minolta, Shivam Screen Printers claims to have the biggest print volume in Madhya Pradesh. The Gwalior-based commercial printer also aims to tap into various market segments and connect directly with end customers, expanding its business potential.

Shivam Screen Printers started its digital journey with Konica Minolta in 2017, installing a C 2070P. Abhay Jadon, the proprietor said, “Our journey in the printing industry began in 2003 with screen printing. We took a leap in 2017 when we introduced digital printing with Konica Minolta technology. This transition marked a pivotal moment in our business. Over time, we upgraded to the C 6085, and in the current financial year, we added the C 12000 machine to our arsenal.”

Jadon says he caters to the commercial printing market, providing services on various paper-based media. “Our offerings extend to offset printing, wide-format printing, and post-print services. We serve both direct and indirect customers in Gwalior and its surrounding districts, including Shivpuri, Guna, Ashok Nagar, Bhind, Morena, and Datia,” he said.

Shivam Screen Printers has plans to expand its business within Gwalior city. He said “Additionally, we intend to venture into black and white printing and explore the offset printing segment to bring it in-house, which is currently outsourced. Our objective was to tap into various market segments and connect directly with end customers, expanding our business potential. Thanks to our partnership with Konica Minolta, we’ve not only achieved this goal but also doubled our performance.”

The expansion is not only in terms of business but also production. Presently, Shivam Screen Printers produces over 3 lakh (10,000 to 12,000 sheets per day) sheets per month. “Our goal is to elevate this capacity to 5 lakh (20,000 sheets per day) within the next six months,” he said.
