Thodupuzha-based Sign Print Innovate Printing Solutions is a prominent signage & commercial printer in Kerala whose production setup has been equipped with a Monotech Pixeljet UV for digital large-format printing, a Ricoh Pro C7200X digital color production press for commercial printing, and a PixelGlow for digital print enhancement.

Established in the year 2013, Sign Print Innovate Printing Solutions has grown vastly over the last decade. The company started as a signage print service provider and has forayed into the arena of commercial printing with the installation of Ricoh’s advanced digital color production presses. It further expanded into innovative print enhancement using the PixelGlow —all have been supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.

Baiju KV, director, Sign Print Innovate Printing Solutions said, “Ever since we diversified our printing activities into the commercial arena, we have tied up with a host of corporate companies and brands for whom we print high-quality brochures, flyers, business and invitation cards, marketing & promotional collaterals, product catalogs, and many others. Our clients are predominantly from the education, jewelry, hospitality, and FMCG sectors. Some of them are Jaico Jewels, Fresco Chocolate, Arnott’s Tim Tam Chocolate, The Village International School, Smita Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, Tams Marketing, etc.”

“When it comes to printing high-quality graphics, we would do it with the Ricoh Pro C7200X, which has advanced features like ‘Fifth Toner Station’ for white ink and various other metallic and neon options. Further, when it comes to enhancing the printed products, we are capable to do it more than anything else because we are equipped with the PixelGlow,” said Baiju, adding the advanced digital spot UV & foiling system from Monotech Systems has driven them to a whole new capability of print enhancement.

On the advancement of PixelGlow, Baiju remarks, “PixelGlow is a kind of a marvel that can add magic to our printed materials for making them a solidified beauty. Its advanced UV-based silver foiling process reincarnates a print into a new avatar with a clean and catchy look. Silver foiling goes well with almost any other color, but it is rather suitable for the product catalogs of jewelry companies. In a way, the silver finish which PixelGlow delivers is undeniably a ‘wow factor’ applicable to a whole host of varied printed products.”

A press release states, PixelGlow can be defined as an accurate and reliable digital spot UV and foiling system, designed robustly for high-speed printing with efficient vacuum suction for flatbed and pin mechanism for material positioning. Based on variable drop technology, this print enhancement system is capable take up a wide range of substrates weighing between 170 gsm and 500 gsm with thickness up to 0.5mm, depending on the nature of the media. It can deliver enhanced prints up to 600×4800 dpi.
