Established in 2013, Emerging Graphics offers complete prepress solutions to its customers. The company is one of the participants of the upcoming Printpack India 2019 that is to be held at Greater Noida Expo Centre from 1 to 6 February.

It’s core business in prepress segment includes solutions for folding cartons, corrugated, POP/POS and die making. Emerging Graphics says that it promotes digital cutting system from IECHO and paper embossing machines from XinXin machinery, both companies are from China.

At the Printpack 2019, Emerging Graphics will display IECHO BK1311 digital cutter. The digital cutter machine can be used for cutting a wide variety of materials. The machine can cut paper, corrugated. Acrylic, honeycomb, blankets, foam, leather, textile, etc.

The company claims that paper embossing machines from China can create micro and embossed effects on paper with over 1000 patterns and runs at 5000 sheets an hour. It will also provide live demonstrations of its software products including EngView CAD Software, PaSharp Graphic software, and SuperLine Security software. EngView is a CAD software from Bulgaria which has over 100 installations in India. It is awarded by the European Association for ease of use and shortest learning curve. The company will also host catalog show for the embossing machines. Emerging Graphics says, through the show, it expects to generate good number of leads and awareness to the market. It expects to sell at least 5 machines during the course of the show.

The Covid-19 pandemic led to the country-wide lockdown on 25 March 2020. It will be two years tomorrow as I write this. What have we learned in this time? Maybe the meaning of resilience since small companies like us have had to rely on our resources and the forbearance of our employees as we have struggled to produce our trade platforms.

The print and packaging industries have been fortunate, although the commercial printing industry is still to recover. We have learned more about the digital transformation that affects commercial printing and packaging. Ultimately digital will help print grow in a country where we are still far behind in our paper and print consumption and where digital is a leapfrog technology that will only increase the demand for print in the foreseeable future.

Web analytics show that we now have readership in North America and Europe amongst the 90 countries where our five platforms reach. Our traffic which more than doubled in 2020, has at times gone up by another 50% in 2021. And advertising which had fallen to pieces in 2020 and 2021, has started its return since January 2022.

As the economy approaches real growth with unevenness and shortages a given, we are looking forward to the PrintPack India exhibition in Greater Noida. We are again appointed to produce the Show Daily on all five days of the show from 26 to 30 May 2022.
