At Media Expo 2016, Konica Minolta displayed bizhub Press C1085 and C1060. The bizhub Press C1080 press comes with Simitri HDE toner, SEAD IV image processing technology, and output feedback system. bizhub Press C1060 can reproduce minute text and thin lines clearly as well as rich color gradations even for color images through synergy with 1200 × 1200 dpi high-resolution printing and Simitri HDE toner.

Another press displayed at the event was Konica Minolta Pro C1100. This digital press is an entry-level product printing press in black and white. With a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi and LED print-head, the press can handle media weights between 40 and 300 gsm.

Sharing Konica Minolta’s plans and strategies, Yuji Nakata, managing director of Konica Minolta Business Solutions India says, “We are looking to expand our portfolio in the large format and inkjet machines segments. We participated in Media Expo event as we found this to be a great learning platform before we actually plunged into the market. That is the sole reason why we are here and also the direction we are heading towards.”
