Konica Minolta Business Solutions India has been conferred with the SME Channels Award for being the Best A3 Printer Brand during the award cer- emony held in New Delhi’s Hotel Shangrila on 13 November 2013. SME Channels – India’s first IT magazine for SMEs has over the years created aware- ness regarding the business solutions of- fered by a number of small and large en- terprises throughout various Indian cities. Further to the channel’s numer- ous efforts to recognize the leading play- ers in the market, the SME Channels Awards have been known to consistent- ly felicitate the outstanding perform- ances of the companies for three years in a row.

V Balakrishnan, executive general manager – marketing, Konica Minolta Business Solutions said, “We are happy to receive the A3 Printer Brand award. It is a proud moment for the entire team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions India. We are thankful to our channel partners who have worked hard to position our product in the leadership position.”

Marked by an extensive process of evaluating the nominees, SME Chan- nels conducted a survey with 1150 part-

Apart from the survey, the decision to award Konica Minolta was based on the feedback taken from IDC and Gart- ner, and viewpoints acquired directly from the various stakeholders in the in- dustry. Balakrishnan further added, “This award gives us impetus to work harder in the future and continue to add value to our partners and customers.”

Konica Minolta has always been rec- ognized for its remarkably high image quality and consistent results through the entire print run. A leader in the A3 printer segment, the company aims to create new value with their digital print- ing systems and solutions for produc- tion print professionals

In 2024, we are looking at full recovery and growth-led investment in Indian printing

Indian Printer and Publisher founded in 1979 is the oldest B2B trade publication in the multi-platform and multi-channel IPPGroup. It created the category of privately owned B2B print magazines in the country. And by its diversification in packaging, (Packaging South Asia), food processing and packaging (IndiFoodBev) and health and medical supply chain and packaging (HealthTekPak), and its community activities in training, research, and conferences (Ipp Services, Training and Research) the organization continues to create platforms that demonstrate the need for quality information, data, technology insights and events.

India is a large and tough terrain and while its book publishing and commercial printing industry have recovered and are increasingly embracing digital print, the Indian newspaper industry continues to recover its credibility and circulation. The signage industry is also recovering and new technologies and audiences such as digital 3D additive printing, digital textiles, and industrial printing are coming onto our pages. Diversification is a fact of life for our readers and like them, we will also have to adapt with agility to keep up with their business and technical information needs.

India is one of the fastest growing economies in nominal and real terms – in a region poised for the highest change in year to year expenditure in printing equipment and consumables. Our 2024 media kit is ready, and it is the right time to take stock – to emphasize your visibility and relevance to your customers and turn potential markets into conversations.
