A PixelGlow Radiant Pro – Digital UV & foiling system now running efficiently at Jaipur-based Vanshika Creation has changed the face of digital print embellishment solutions in the city. “Customers used to head to Delhi for embellishing graphic prints and bespoke items. Those people, if they happen to be our customers these days, no longer go to Delhi because we have the PixelGlow,” says Kuldeep Vijay, proprietor of Vanshika Creation.
PixelGlow Radiant Pro is indigenously manufactured by Monotech Systems. Explaining why they installed the digital UV & foiling system, Kuldeep said, “We bought this compact and advanced digital UV & foiling system to meet the increasing demand for digital print enhancements in Jaipur.”
Vanshika Creation bought the PixelGlow from Monotech Systems along with a brand new Ricoh Pro C9500 high-speed digital color production press. “These two, along with other machines offering different printing technologies and formats such as UV flatbed, eco-solvent, and solvent printers, enable us to deliver any kind and type of print or graphic solution under one roof.”
Backed by a team of 30, Vanshika Creation for the last 25 years has been providing a complete range of print solutions, be it commercial, large-format for promotional indoor and outdoor signage graphics, and digitally embellished printed end products. The company’s current portfolio consists of brochures, leaflets, fliers, certificates, envelopes, visiting cards, posters, standees, and so on.
“We aim to provide complete print solutions as per demands of customers from all industrial clusters, businesses, and walks of life,” Kuldeep says. “When some customers started demanding digitally embellished prints, for which they went to Delhi, we installed the PixelGlow Radiant Pro.”

It supports paper formats up to B3 size with thicknesses up to 0.5mm/ 50 microns and weights ranging from 170gsm to 500gsm. The Advanced 3rd Eye Technology ensures perfect registration, while the automatic media pick and place system streamlines operations.
Additionally, its integrated foil station enables premium embellishments. With a varnishing thickness of up to 240 microns using special varnish ink and a 600×4800 dpi resolution, it delivers exceptional detailing. Designed for productivity, PixelGlow Radiant Pro can process up to 80 sheets per hour, making it an ideal choice for high-quality print enhancements.
