Delhi-based Adi Grafix, a provider of digital printing solutions, has installed a brand new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press at its facility in DSIIDC Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi, supplied by Monotech Systems.

With around 25 years of presence in the industry, Adi Grafix has made a name for itself as a leading provider of print solutions to clientele comprising brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Domino’s Pizza, Keventers, Hong’s Kitchen, and others.

The main products of Adi Grafix consist of visiting cards, stickers, labels, envelopes, laminated-themed bookmarks, posters, and many more. Harsh Khurana, CEO, Adi Grafix, says, “We can maintain premium quality & consistency in our products because of the best-in-class machines we use and the overall dedication of our team of 20 highly skilled staff.”

The current machine portfolio of Adi Grafix consists of a Konica Minolta AcurioPress digital press, GBT lamination machine, and others including the newly installed Ricoh Pro C7500 as the key to drive the company’s print innovation to a whole new level.

Commenting on choosing the new Ricoh Pro C7500, Khurana says, “Advanced features and capacities of this new Ricoh digital color production press had impressed us in the first place. It now opens a new chapter in our digital printing.”

He adds, “After all, this Ricoh Pro C7500’s fifth Color Station, which is packed with seven toners for special colors, is one such feature we are taking advantage of adding additional textures and effects to graphic prints that finally turn out stunning and impressive.”

Designed to unlock the full spectrum of the 11-color gamut, Ricoh Pro C7500 is capable of operating at an outstanding speed that is upgradable up to 95ppm, delivering prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400x2400dpi.

A successor of Ricoh Pro C7200X, this all-new Ricoh Pro C7500 at Adi Grafix is upgraded with enhanced performance, upgraded media handling, and built-in automation capacities. It is compatible with a broad array of lightweight and heavyweight stocks that consist of specialty media ranging from 40gsm up to 470gsm.

At the core of Ricoh Pro C7500 is the EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers, which are crucial these days for optimizing efficiency and quality in print operations. Its intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized end products with the press’ variable data printing (VDP) capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

Khurana conclusively says Ricoh Pro C7500 in the end has paved a new avenue for Adi Grafix to create unique print applications for which Monotech Systems deserves to be praised for the machine and the after-sales support they unconditionally provide.
