It also features a QR code reader for quality assurance and integrity checks. Insta enables profitable, ultra-low-volume book production, and reduces waste and setup time for enhanced profitability. It is ideal for books-on-demand and personalized orders, says the company.
The Freedom 2K Series has speeds up to 2,000 books/hour for short-run jobs with PUR, EVA, and cold glue as adhesive options. Its range of Spine thickness ranges from 3 mm to 50 mm with a changeover time of less than a minute. The binder is IoT-enabled with inline integration for gatherers and trimmers. Its scalable and automated setups ensure operational flexibility and handle diverse book formats efficiently.
Meanwhile, the SigLoch XE-CÜT has a bed size of 600 mm x 400 mm with speeds as high as 1,200 mm/s. SigLoch XE-CÜT offers a material thickness range of 100 to 600 gsm and precision of ±0.1 mm. Kiss cutting, perforation, creasing, and QR code registration for faster workflows are some of its key features. It has a compact design for small-to-medium enterprises and boosts productivity in packaging and post-print applications.
