Capital Offset in Gujarat’s Gandhinagar is known for its works and modern machines. In the company’s current portfolio of machines are a couple of Komori —Lithrone G37 and Lithrone G26—complemented by lines of post-press equipment to enhance print quality and overall productivity. The Lithrone G37 is the latest addition in the portfolio.

Since its establishment in 1991, Capital Offset has been providing high-quality offset printing and a variety of products. “We predominantly engage in works and projects for the government of Gujarat. Let’s say 80% of our work is for the state government’s different divisions and departments, and the rest are miscellaneous jobs for others,” says Ramesh Patel, CEO of Capital Offset.

“Over the years, we have been working for Gujarat’s department of science & technologies; sport, youth & cultural activities department; industries & mine Department; and Gujarat Tourism. We print and produce all multi-color items, such as in-house publications including magazines, booklets, manuals, directories, marketing collaterals, etc.”

In addition to government work, the printer works for private firms with a team of 60 experienced staff. “We are blessed with a capable team and machines such as Komori Lithrone G37 and Lithrone G26, which are best-in-class in the industry,” he says. The first Komori press at Capital Offset, Lithrone G26, had been the company’s turning point.

“With our years of trust on the brand Komori and its technology, we went for the second machine, Lithrone G37, which addresses the critical needs of short turnarounds, short & long-run printing and production of our diverse products, all at the speed of 15,000sph, compatibly on sheets of thicknesses ranging from 0.04mm to 0.45mm, either in single or double-sided printing,” says Patel.

In addition to the advancement & efficiency of Komori machines, which currently run productively at Capital Offset, Patel emphasises that they are happy to be partnered with the team Komori India who provide all-time amicable and unconditional after-sales support.
