ColorJet India Ltd, a leading manufacturer of wide format digital printers in India, will showcase live demonstrations of the finest UV, soft signage and digital printing solutions at FESPA BERLIN 2018 from 15-18 May 2018 in Hall 1.1, Stand C-21.

The 3.2-meter VULCAN UV R2R is all about enhanced technology and cutting-edge features. It offers Electro Static Absorber System (ESAS) that absorbs static electricity from the media, improves productivity and ensures easy, trouble-free prints. Its water-cooled system keeps temperature low inside the print room and the light intensity can also be adjusted.

The VULCAN UV R2R comes with a Color White Color (CWC) option which shows day and night effect without shift in color hues and the proprietary ColorJet Intelligent Pass Optimization (CIPO) technology ensures multiple print patterns as per the needs of the customer that depends on the kind of media being put to use. At FESPA, the VULCAN will run on 7 color combination to deliver amazing print quality.

On the other hand, the TXF digital printer which runs on pigment inks gives variable dot control for achieving smooth halftones. Fitted with a sticky belt system, the TXF delivers flawless printing on all kinds of fabrics—from bulky textured materials to elastic fabrics or light-weight sheer fabrics.

This digital printer is very well suited for printing with pigment inks and can print practically on any type of fabric, whether knits or woven, polyester,  cotton, silk, viscose, rayon, wool or blends. It also has one of the lowest carbon footprints in its class. The TXF is ideally suited for small design studio type businesses.

Another digital textile printer on show will be the Metro with up to 16 Kyocera printheads. A full-fledged production machine, it has a maximum printing speed of up to 362 sq. meters per hour and comes equipped with a linear motor technology for fast and precise ink jetting and water-efficient cleaning of the sticky belt.

Another high-performance printer that ColorJet will showcase is the AURAJET, equipped with XAAR heads that can print directly on 3.2-meter fabric, using aqueous-based disperse inks. It is mainly targeted at the sublimation and soft signage printing markets.

“Apart from showing our products to buyers, our objective of participating at FESPA, where all the key stakeholders converge, is to invite business partners from Europe, UK and Russia to our stand and discuss opportunities of partnering ColorJet in their respective countries or regions,” said Pavan Gupta, director at ColorJet.

The latest IDC Q1 2017 Super Wide report mentions that ColorJet digital printing products enjoy 40% market share in India.

Colorjet has assiduously pursued excellence in digital printing since 2004 and over 4,000 ColorJet digital printing machines are in operation around the world, across India, Middle East, Australia and Europe.
