Existing customers have time to take advantage of special offers to either pre-order QuarkXPress 2017 or to Buy QuarkXPress 2016 and Get QuarkXPress 2017 for free. Both offers will end on 23 May.
With positive feedback from third-party beta testers, designers and creative professionals can expect new features such as non-destructive image editing, transparency blend modes, new shape tools, enhancements to multicolor gradients and item format painter for image and vector applications. For text and typography segment, some new features include text stroking, text shading, column spanning, column splitting and smart quotes. Users in digital publishing segment will have an adaptive layout conversion for digital, responsive HTML5 publications and unlimited free iOS single apps creation.
