Sample product lamination from Max Super Speciality Films

Noida-based Max Speciality Films Limited will be showcasing a variety of solutions at PrintPack 2017. The company will unveil top-of-the-line BOPP, PET and nylonbased graphic lamination films. The Max Super Effects portfolio comprises two distinct varieties—Elite and Classic. While Elite represents the premium line of lamination films with customized value-additions, Classic is the more traditional range for virtually all lamination applications.

Multiple super-effects are possible which include the embossed range—BOPP-based pre-embossed textures such as linen, alu brush, sand and leather, digital films in gloss and matt finish with significantly higher bond strength than conventional films for superior adhesion to digital prints, dark backgrounds or dense ink types. Some other super-effects include the super silk film, which is a high matt film; the scuff-free film, which is a special matt film with properties that resist abrasion and scratching; and the nylon film wand super gloss film, which is PET based with high gloss and suitable for lamination of digital prints.

All these solutions have been developed in the company’s state-of-the-art research and development lab, a DSIR-certified and BRC AA grade accredited facility. The vast range of lamination films, developed by Max Speciality Films Limited, are being used in applications such as book covers, photo albums, magazines, brochures, perfume and jewellery boxes and luxury bags.
