Beijing JHF Technology has announced the appointment of SMK Digital as a channel partner for its JHF brand of UV flatbed and roll-to-roll industrial printers. JHF and SMK Digial will
work closely together to bring the best of both partners to the Indian signage market. Beijing JHF technology initiated its operations in India by appointing industry veteran
Sanjib Baruah as its sales director in September 2016.

SMK Digital, headquartered in Mumbai and promoted by industry veteran Mukesh Patel, is an established supplier of equipment and solutions to the Indian signage industry. Amongst other products, SMK Digital’s portfolio includes Ricoh’s latex solutions, used Vutek equipment and Fujifilm sericol inks. With the addition of the industrial JHF product line to its portfolio, SMK Digital is now geared up to address the needs of the rapidly growing
UV market segment including soft signage in India.

Established in Beijing in 1997, Beijing JHF Technology is a leading manufacturer of industrial digital inkjet machines for the signage and textile industries. With a state-ofthe-art 56,000 sq. m manufacturing facility in Beijing devoted exclusively to its UV product line and shipping out approximately 750 printers every year combined with a facility at Shanghai for producing the solvent product line, the company’s annual revenue touched US$ 65 million last year and is constantly growing. Beijing JHF has its own in-house R&D facility, which has obtained CE certification and ISO9001 international quality system
certification. In addition, it has to its credit a number of independent intellectual property rights and registered trademarks.

Beijing JHF Technology offers three product lines—the Leopard, Vista and JHF. The JHF product line is an industrial product line and is produced by using components from Germany, Netherlands and Japan that some of the other better known manufacturers of industrial inkjet machines use. In fact, the industrial design and build of these machines has resulted in Beijing JHF Technology becoming an OEM supplier to some well-known
international brands.
