At Pamex 2026 Mumbai, Bindwel will present a comprehensive made-in-India post-press ecosystem covering the entire range of runs — be it one book, short-run, or medium-run, under the Bindwel and SigLoch brands.
Key machines on display include the SigLoch ZEN single clamp perfect binder, the SigLoch XE-CÜT Pro digital flatbed cutting system, the Bindwel Freedom 2K perfect binder for short-to-medium runs, and the Bindwel Trimit 30C automatic three-knife trimmer.
A major highlight will be the launch of the SigLoch XE-CÜT Pro Xtend, a model designed to address a common growth dilemma faced by digital print shops. The new system offers the ability to handle B2-size jobs (up to 800 × 600 mm) while operating on a compact 600 × 400 mm platform. This effectively eliminates the need for investing in a second, larger flatbed cutter.

Equipped with a standard oscillating knife and V-groove tooling, the XE-CÜT Pro Xtend opens the door to advanced packaging and signage applications. By enabling printers to expand their application range without expanding floor space or capital expenditure, the machine is positioned as a practical growth enabler rather than just a technological upgrade.
Sajith Pallippuram, managing director, Bindwel, said, “The focus of our showcase is productivity with precision—helping printers and converters achieve offset-quality outcomes, faster turnaround, minimal waste, and future-ready automation from a single, integrated post-press partner.” According to him, the Bindwell stand will highlight how Bindwel and its digital finishing brand SigLoch are aligning closely with the evolving realities of Indian print and converting businesses.
Bindwel’s differentiation, according to Pallipuram, lies in designing machines that solve real production challenges rather than competing on specifications alone. One of the strongest advantages of Bindwel and SigLoch solutions is their ability to deliver offset-quality results in digital environments—particularly critical for short-run and on-demand jobs where consistency and finish are non-negotiable, he said.
Another key focus is compact engineering with expanded capability. Many Indian print shops operate within tight space and budget constraints, and Bindwel’s machines are designed to maximize output without demanding large footprints or excessive capital investment. Practical automation also plays a vital role, with QR-based workflows and production data visibility enabling printers to reduce manual intervention while improving control and repeatability.
Pallipuram notes that the print and converting industry is moving decisively towards shorter runs, on-demand production, and higher levels of customisation and prototyping. At the same time, expectations of quality in digital print continue to rise, while automation, connectivity, and safety are becoming baseline requirements rather than optional add-ons.
“At Pamex 2026, we are expecting meaningful interactions with serious decision-makers across commercial print, digital print, packaging, and converting. Through live demonstrations and application-led discussions, we aim to reinforce our position as a reliable, future-ready, Made-in-India post-press partner,” Pallippuram said.
Bindwel will be present at Hall 1, Stand M20 at Pamex, being held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre from 27 to 30 January 2026.
