Located in Yamuna Nagar (Haryana), Rockfit Printers has been in the top-tier printing & production of premium-quality graphic prints and finished products using a fleet of advanced machines and equipment encompassing offset, digital, and screen technologies.

The company has upgraded its innovative print production following the recent installation of a PixelGlow Lumina, a digital UV embellishment machine made in India by Monotech Systems.

Established in 1994, Rockfit Printers offers a complete range of print services and finished products that meet all types of requirements of its customers from the corporate sector, diverse market segments and businesses.

Aastik Saini of Rockfit Printers says they produce premium-quality prints and end-products that eventually resonate with what their customers want – using a fleet of high-end machines, which they keep updating with the routine addition of newer equipment or technologies.

“PixelGlow Lumina is an ideal UV print embellishment machine. Though it has been just three months or so since we installed and started running this indigenously made machine from Monotech Systems, we have done tremendous UV embellishments on wide varieties of graphic prints and end products, which impress our customers,” says Saini, adding the PixelGlow Lumina is an ultimate solution for high-end UV embellishments done with accuracy and efficiency.

Perfectly designed to enhance ordinary printed materials with extraordinarily striking UV coatings, the PixelGlow Lumina is engineered for perfect finishes to the most intricate designs or printed structures, as it has never been done before. In short, PixelGlow Lumina is made for bringing vision to life! “Certainly, compact with a small footprint, PixelGlow Lumina is indeed the most suitable UV embellishment system to meet the increasing demands for high-end print enhancements in the market,” says Saini.

Some salient features of the PixelGlow Lumina include its capability to handle varied media (paper) sizes up to 14” x 20”, especially when larger and more dynamic prints are required. It can flexibly handle substrates of diverse grammages ranging from 130gsm up to 600gsm. In addition, it can embellish print in ‘crystal clear’ textures and details in a resolution of 600x600dpi. It can also customize the varnish layer from 5 microns to 40 microns, giving the operator the freedom to control print finishes and textures. Capable of keeping up with fast-paced production, PixelGlow Lumina is designed to operate at the speed of 60sph (sheets per hour).

Saini says PixelGlow Lumina is the first machine from Monotech at Rockfit Printers. He adds, “We are quite satisfied with the capabilities and outputs of this UV digital print embellishment system. In addition to this post-press marvel for enhancing prints like anything, we are delighted to say the technical team of Monotech is so helpful in guiding us to know the machine well and operate it efficiently for outstanding outputs.”
