PrintQ Digital Imaging, a provider of digital, offset, and wide-format printed solutions, operates two Konica Minolta AccurioPrint 2100 presses and a bizhub Pro 1100, enabling it to deliver consistent color and monochrome output efficiently across various job types. With the new presses, the Bengaluru printer has been able to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

According to Nitin Reddy, head of operations, PrintQ Digital Imaging, the company added two AccurioPrint 2100 and a bizhub Pro 1100 press to its facility over the past few years to strengthen its digital printing capabilities. These machines were selected for their reliability and performance, allowing the printer to take on short-run, high-quality jobs that were previously outsourced.

Reddy was all praise for Konica Minolta. “The reliability, efficiency, and quality of these machines have helped us provide a superior printing experience to our clients. We are confident that this collaboration will continue to support our growth and keep us competitive in an evolving market,” he said.

The printer also has Canon digital printers to handle specialized client requests. “This combination enables us to manage diverse workloads and maintain high-quality output while meeting tight turnaround times,” Reddy says.

PrintQ Digital manages end-to-end printing processes, from prepress and design to production and finishing. It primarily targets walk-in customers, small businesses, and educational institutions and has a wide range of outputs, including brochures, flyers, labels, and other customized print materials. Each department collaborates closely to maintain consistency, quality, and timely delivery for all projects.

Reddy says while he does not have immediate expansion plans, he continually assesses opportunities to enhance capabilities and adopt new technologies. “Our focus is on scaling our services thoughtfully, ensuring that investments in reliable equipment such as Konica Minolta presses continue to improve productivity and service quality.”
