Indore-based digital printing company, Jainshree Papers, installed a Canon imagePRESS V1000 earlier this year to meet the growing demand for faster and high-volume printing. “To tackle the increase in the volume of prints we had to install the digital color production press bought from Canon India,” said Jay Jain, founder of Jainshree Papers, highlighting the company’s need for advanced digital system to keep up with rising workloads.
The Canon imagePRESS V1000 is a versatile digital colour production press designed specifically for high-volume commercial print environments. It delivers exceptional image quality, accurate colour consistency, and reliable performance across a wide range of media starting from from 52gsm up to 400gsm to deliver graphics in resolution of 2400x2400dpi at the speed of 100 A4 pages per minute (ppm).
Built with automation and productivity in mind, iPR V1000 allows businesses to handle large orders efficiently while meeting tight deadlines. A five-member team at Jainshree Papers previously worked with an iPR C910, but with increasing print volumes, they upgraded to the new iPR V1000 to enhance capacity and speed. Since the installation of the latest Canon digital colour production press, the company has already produced almost 300,000 prints, a clear indication of the machine’s robust performance. Jain praised the press, saying, “This new iPR V1000 has great colour quality and is hyper-ripped,” underscoring its superior efficiency.
