West Bengal’s InkyIdeas, a veteran signage and advertising solution provider, recently expanded capacity with the installation of a PixelJet Rapid Plus and a PixelJet Prime Plus printers supplied and installed by Monotech Systems. The Nadia-based company has been operational since 2009 and owns a fleet of printing machines, which include three solvent-based printers and a UV roll-to-roll flatbed printer, alongside the newly installed machines.
According to Amit Kundu, director of InkyIdeas, the PixelJet printers best suit his requirements while augmenting capacity and quality. “I have been in touch with Monotech Systems since 2017 and own around seven printers from the company. The best part is the response time in case of any query. Because of their exceptional service, we’ve rarely had any downtime,” he said.
Kundu launched the company to deliver high-quality printing, publishing, and campaigns in West Bengal, available in both English and Bengali. With a background in multimedia marketing management, Kundu not only prints advertising collateral but also drives campaigns with trucks, bikes, and other POS (point of sale) material.
“Our idea is to provide 360-degree solutions,” Kundu said, “We are involved with our customers from concept to execution, not limiting ourselves just to print. We are a first-of-a-kind advertising firm with a strong grasp of the East Indian markets.”

InkyIdeas has a creative team to help market businesses, offering services such as graphic design, printing, promotional giveaways, and POS stand-ups for events and exhibitions. They also feature digital services such as website designing and development, digital marketing, 2D animated videos, photography and below-the-line campaigns.
Below the line campaigns (BTL) is an advertising method where products are marketed through on-ground promotions with road shows, trade shows, catalogs, leaflets, and on-road promotions utilizing vehicles. The company has a wide range of customers for branding and advertising prominently in the retail, agro-chem, automobile, and corporate sectors.
“We specialize in BTL communications, which help the clients and play an important role in the lives of people. BTL communication directly delivers the goods between similar people. This form of communication thrives on connecting directly with the audience. Just like the way when someone reaches out to us personally,” he said.
On plans, Kundu says he recently launched a sister concern with the name of Digi Express and plans to start another one soon. Since the main production unit is in Nadia’s industrial area, the new sister units will provide a better geographical outreach for more commercial jobs. He plans to get a new printer from Monotech Systems at the upcoming Media Expo show scheduled for 3-5 October in Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
