New Delhi-based Printmechanix is a complete print service provider engaging in printing and production of diverse graphic prints and end-products using a fleet of advanced presses and post-press equipment of different technologies and platforms. The company has upgraded its digital printing activity following the recent installation of a new Ricoh Pro C7500, a digital color production press, supplied and installed by Monotech Systems

Monotech’s installation of Ricoh digital production presses is expanding across the country with inclusion of new clients such as Printmechanix whose production facility has been upgraded with the new Ricoh Pro C7500, a successor of the Ricoh Pro C7200X.

20 years ago, Printmechanix started its print business focusing on providing finest range of digitally printed end-products such as envelopes, brochures, catalogues, fliers, letterheads, labels, stickers, cards of all types, inserts, among others.

Harmeet Singh, proprietor of Printmechanix, says, “Our works and service cover everything to meet customers’ demands that evolve high-quality prints with textured graphics and vibrant colors. To meet their exclusive demands, we keep upgrading our machine portfolio.”

Singh says, “The recent installation of the Ricoh Pro C7500 has changed the game of our digital printing. We have been running another digital color production press of different brand. With this Ricoh press from Monotech Systems, we have improved the overall print quality, production speed, and media flexibility.” He says the machine is robust, compact, and perfectly engineered with advanced features and capabilities for producing high-quality graphic prints in different textures and sharpness in the industry’s leading resolution.

Nicknamed as digital workhorse for production printing, the Ricoh Pro C7500 is characterized by its advancements in many aspects. It can operate at an adjustable speed of 95 ppm, compatibly printing on a broadest line of media ranging from 40 gsm up to 470 gsm.  Singh says the graphic prints produced on this Ricoh digital press stand out amid others. The graphics are printed in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi.

Bundled with EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers, the Ricoh Pro C7500 is capable of optimizing efficiency and print quality. Intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers is facilitating precise job management and color control, which eventually triggers Printmechanix to pull off quick production of premium-quality graphics and personalized prints with the digital press’ advanced variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

“We found this Ricoh Pro C7500 as our right choice of digital press for producing innovative and high-quality graphics. Its additional features like the 5th Color Station containing seven additional tonners including white ink are what we are looking for adopting further to enhance prints beyond CMYK gamut,” says Singh.
