The 54th edition of the Media Expo Mumbai, was inaugurated on 10 April at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. It has opened the floor to displays presenting a variety of innovations in printing machinery, inks, innovative applications, digital advertising solutions and signage solutions. About 135 exhibitors are displaying their solutions, keeping the show floor buzzing till 12 April 2025.
The show witnessed the presence of dignitaries who were also a part of the inauguration ceremony: Yatinsinh Vaghela, managing director, Lisco Systems; Saurabh Sehdev, director, True Colors Solutions and Technologies India; Vitesh K Sharma, country manager – Large Format Business – IBSL, HP India Sales; Ramakant Mandhana, founder, Laxmi Sales; Girvir Singh Negi, owner, Negi Sign Systems and Supplies; Sumit Dev, director, Britomatics India; and Winston Pereira, executive director, Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India.

The 54th edition of Media Expo Mumbai carries forward the legacy of showcasing innovations for the industry.
Taking audience engagement to the next level, this year’s Media Expo is all set to roll out a new highlight — Wrap Masterclass – Vehicle Branding Live-in-Action. This live demonstration zone will bring the art and science of fleet wrapping to life, offering visitors a chance to watch expert installers in action.
Over three days, the Wrap Masterclass is not just showcasing vehicle graphics — it is granting a learning experience. From techniques and tools to tricks of the trade, the sessions will cover it all, with live demos planned as follows:
Self-adhesive vinyl technology for vehicle wrap and live wrap demonstration
Dry pasting and wet pasting techniques and live wrap demonstration
Application tools for vehicle wrap and live wrap demonstration
Heat gun and its effects on wrap films and live wrap demonstration
Day one of the expo engaged the audience in three sessions. A session titled – Maximizing brand visibility: The power of fleet branding and vehicle wrapping in India will uncover the growth potential of fleet branding or moving billboards, showcasing materials and printing technologies that enhance durability and ROI.Â
Following this, the next two sessions are focusing on Pantone color systems, proper color selection and tools that enhance precision. The last session for the day will have industry experts discuss the depth of the digital color workflow, from design to production, ensuring precise color communication across their supply chain.
Day two (11 April) will explore a tech-led session titled – Digital signage revolution – ROI and real world applications. It will discover real-world success stories, the latest innovations in content management, and how AI and IoT are reshaping digital signage. Another session will delve into Unfolding the future: Revolutionizing retail with instant assembly foldable POSMs that will shed light on the latest material innovations, real-world success stories and how sustainability and digital integration are shaping the future of retail displays.
The last session for the day, Sustainable graphics: reducing environmental impact through innovation, will discuss the urgency of sustainable solutions in the graphics industry; the environmental impact, benefits, and challenges of alternative materials and energy-efficient processes and actionable points to reduce carbon footprint.
Besides these sessions, the expo has many new launches from the industry’s contributors. The expo has garnered support from the Delhi Printers Association, the Lucknow Printers Association and the Offset Printers Association.
