Lucknow-based DD Enterprises (LKO), a provider of complete print solutions, has upgraded its digital printing quality and productivity with a new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press, which is supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.

Over the last 10 years of printing business, DD Enterprises (LKO) has served customers across sectors. Now leading the company, Pooja Agarwal is focusing on further developments in business with constant investments in modern machines, such as the new Ricoh Pro C7500. Pooja is joined by her husband Deepak Agarwal as a business partner.

“In digital printing, we extensively engage in variable data printing and print-on-demand jobs, catering a wide range of end products such as brochures, pamphlets, business cards, catalogues, stickers, direct mails, envelops, etc,” says Deepak, adding, “Moreover, we are also specialized in printing and production of various other applications like banners and signage graphics. Graphic designing and website development are also part of our core activities in business.”

In addition to the new Ricoh Pro C7500, which is the key to the company’s digital printing, DD Enterprises (LKO) runs a line of other machines of different technologies, formats, and configurations including a Canon imagePROGRAF TX-5300 large-format printer for signage and display graphics. On the other side, the company’s post-press division is also equipped with an array of fully-automated perfect binding, cutting, and other finishing equipment from Vulcan, Jindal, etc.

“Our recent purchase of the Ricoh Pro C7500 digital production press has cracked a new dawn in our digital printing. This digital production press has enabled us to engage in higher productivity, using broader range of lightweight and heavyweight media,” says Deepak. Fully packed with advanced features and capabilities, Ricoh Pro C7500 operates at a speed upgradable to 95 ppm, delivering graphic prints in 2400 x 4800 dpi, which is rated to be the industry’s leading resolution.

Deepak mentions, “Ricoh Pro C7500’s flexible media handling capability makes us confident to use broadest range of stocks to produce newer applications. This press can handle the lightest media of 40 gsm up to the heaviest one of 470 gsm.” The Ricoh Pro C7500 is driven by EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers to optimize efficiency and print quality. Intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers facilitates precise job management and color control. It enables quick production of personalized products with the press’ variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

Deepak says, “We are now eager to invest in advanced machines like the Ricoh Pro C7500 as we continue expanding our services and product offerings in the near future.” DD Enterprises (LKO) operates in collaboration with its two sister concerns—Paper Link and Upkaar Digital. While Paper Link serves as a comprehensive source for all types of paper consumables, Upkaar Digital functions as an additional digital printing unit.
