Bengaluru-based Prakash Digital, which offers complete digital print solutions, has heightened its capacity to deliver premium quality graphic prints with the installation of a brand new Ricoh Pro C7500 5-color station digital production press. This new Ricoh press now running at the company’s production facility at Bommanahalli has been supplied by Monotech Systems.

It operates at an speed upgradable up to 95 ppm for printing on a broad array of lightweight as well as heavyweight stocks ranging from 40 gsm up to 470 gsm, delivering graphics in 2400 x 2400 dpi, which is rated as the industry’s leading resolution. 

EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers, which are crucial these days for optimizing efficiency and quality in print operations, are bundled with the Ricoh Pro C7500. Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers eventually facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized end products with the variable data printing (VDP) capabilities of the digital press in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.
