Monotech Systems is set to unveil the upgraded knowzzleJet inkjet web press at Printpack India 2025, offering businesses a revolutionary solution for on-demand, high-speed printing. Developed in collaboration with Pressline India, the knowzzleJet delivers affordable, high-quality prints with eco-friendly water-based inks.
Introduced in 2020, the knowzzleJet is designed for a range of commercial applications, including books, transactional printing, and direct mail. The press supports roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, and roll-to-fold formats and boasts an impressive 1,600 dpi which is industry’s highest printhead resolution for both monochrome and color printing.
Featuring water-based eco-friendly inks, the knowzzleJet eliminates the need for traditional consumables like fount and plate cleaners, reducing both costs and environmental impact. The press offers printing costs as low as 4 paise per A4 page for monochrome and less than 50 paise for color, enabling businesses to print on demand and avoid bulk printing waste and storage expenses.
In a fast-paced business world, the ability to print only what’s needed, when needed, is critical. The knowzzleJet addresses this need with on-demand printing capabilities, ensuring timely delivery for projects that require quick turnarounds, from books to transactional/trans promotional, direct mail, and newspaper/tabloids.
With speeds of up to 660 feet per minute in monochrome and 200 feet per minute in color, the knowzzleJet is built for high productivity. The press supports paper weights from 45 gsm to 150 gsm and offers customizable print resolutions, from 580 dpi for basic text to 1,600 dpi for high-quality images.
Monotech Systems offers on-site training and ongoing support to ensure the optimal performance of the knowzzleJet. The company provides comprehensive maintenance services, remote diagnostics, and access to genuine spare parts to maximize the longevity of the press.
