Ultimate Tech, a specialist in imposition, nesting and finishing automation software, has announced its latest update – Ultimate Impostrip 2024.2. The company’s press release states, “As the demand for high-quality, fast-paced printing continues to grow, printers are always on the lookout for solutions that can help them keep up with the competition while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness. One such solution in the world of inkjet production is Ultimate Impostrip.”

The latest version of Ultimate Impostrip is designed with customer feedback and requests in mind, offering several enhancements to benefit its user base. The new features focus on improving workflow efficiency, simplifying job setup, and boosting automation, making it easier for printers to manage complex jobs with greater speed and accuracy.

The company says that by incorporating customer-driven suggestions, this updated version provides more intuitive tools and better scalability, ensuring that users can handle high-speed inkjet production with even greater flexibility and ease. “It’s a powerful upgrade that helps printers meet the evolving demands of the industry while reducing errors and optimizing productivity.”

Particular emphasis in the newest version is on automation, speed of processing, labels and packaging, and direct mail. Enhancement highlights include extensive improvements and additional functionality for XML for Redirection enabling easier connectivity and powerful workflow possibilities, apart from the continued improvements in performance, scalability, and enhancements to Digital Front End (DFE) connectivity possibilities. Several new functions and improvements are also available, including batcher, label step & repeat, auto-nesting, lane–flow, stacking manager, formulas and variables.
