Surat-based Mantone Printpack, formerly known as Rajlaxmi Printech, is a growing printing & packaging solutions provider. The company has elevated its productivity and print quality to a new high with the purchase of a brand new Komori Lithrone GL-640A +C UV IR, which has been supplied and installed by Komori India. 

Having been in the printing & packaging industry over the last three decades, Mantone Printpack has diverse clients across India. “Our aim is to offer our clients high-quality printing and packaging solutions that make their products stand out, make them look classy and trendy. However, the new traction we gain in terms of elevating our overall productivity and print quality is because of our newly purchased Komori Lithrone press.” He says that with the new and advanced press, they are now capable of ensuring high control over print eminence and faster turnaround. 

The Komori Lithrone GL-640A is designed to operate at the maximum printing speed of 17,200sph (sheets per hour), taking up maximum sheet size of 750x1050mm. Jain says following the installation of the Komori press, Mantone is fulfilling what exactly their customers want in terms of print quality and production volume.      

Mantone offers its clients every aspect of printing and a range of end products comprising catalogues, brochures, booklets, coffee table books, apparel boxes, mono cartons, etc. “Being in the city of Surat, which is a vibrant apparel & textile hub of India, our customer list consists of a handful of high-end garment and textile brands. They are quality conscious and demanding, always yearning for prints and innovations that break boundaries,” mentions Jain, adding that the output of the Komori Lithrone GL-640A significantly meets their demands.
