At the recently concluded PrintFair 2018, Hyderabad-based Venkataramana Graphics displayed a wide array of solutions for the commercial printing and photo segments. Venkataramana Graphics is India’s leading dealer of graphic arts equipment and represents some of the popular brands in the industry.

On display was a digital spot UV machine by Infiniti. The machine is capable of printing on a variety of media such as wood, glass, metal sheet, paper, PVC, ceramic tiles, etc. It can print on media with maximum thickness of 100 mm and has a maximum print width of 1200 mm x 1000 mm. The spot UV machine was first shown at Pamex 2017 in Mumbai.

“The machine is meant for commercial printing as well as photo segments,” said BV Krishna Prasad, managing director, Venkataramana Graphics.

Venkataramana Graphics also demonstrated a CtCP by Amsky, which drew a lot of attention from visitors to the stand. In addition to Amsky, the company showed a wide format printer by Epson for the photo segment. Venkataramana Graphics is the distributor for Espon for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Talking more about the response received at PrintFair, Prasad said that overall the show was very good. “The first day was a bit slow but then the footfall picked up. We got many enquiries as well,” he said.
