ColorJet India, a leading manufacturer of inkjet and wide format digital presses, launched Aurajet Series II and Verve Mini digital press at the recently concluded Media Expo held in the Bombay Exhibition Center. ColorJet has always been at the forefront of rolling out innovative products, each emerging from its unique 3E philosophy—Economic, Efficient and Ecological.

Aurajet Series II is a high-quality eco-solvent inkjet press that offers limitless creativity for personalized and on-demand jobs by allowing a maximum print width of 1800 mm for highly detailed indoor and highvolume outdoor signage. Aurajet’s grayscale printhead is powered by Variable Drop Technology that reproduces sharp images with an astounding resolution of 1440 dpi. The Micro Piezo printhead enables consistent quality across a broad range of media including vinyl, flex, banner fabric, synthetics, PET, paper, film and canvas. The threeway heating system increases the production quality by making ink absorption better and colors brighter through less mottled effect and better color gradation. Verve Mini, on the other hand, is a flatbed LED UV press that covers printing on a broad spectrum of substrates. Its robust structure and compact size can easily fit in any gala. According to the market requirement, the press was primarily designed for gift and promotional items.

On the second day of the show, we met Smarth Bansal, brand manager at ColorJet India, who commented, “So far the response is encouraging and we closed deals for more than 35 machines. The company has had a promising beginning this year and we were recently acknowledged as India`s largest manufacturer of the wide format digital printer.”

ColorJet commands 33% market share in the super-wide-format segment and has already achieved a 60% growth. The company markets its products in 14 countries worldwide and has sales offices spread across seven countries. In addition to the Aurajet Series II and Verve Mini digital press, the company also displayed Softjet Plus SJP-4412, Verve UV and Polo Turbo machines at Media Expo.
