Beijing-based JHF is primarily into signage and wide format solutions although it offers textile printing and corrugated printing solutions as well, and is one of the biggest companies in its segment at the moment in China. Being a segment leader in digital inkjet printer, industrial UV digital inkjet printer and digital textile printing machine in China, it is looking at options to expand in the South Asian and South-East Asian regions. At All in Print China 2016, JHF showcased its new corrugated printing solutions to the discerning audience.

Sanjib Baruah, sales director – SAARC & Middle East region tells us that India is one of the priority regions for JHF. “Although we do not have a strategy in place as yet, we are exploring our options. We have products which cater to different segments but we want to start with something which gives us the maximum thrust. We are in the process of appointing sales channel partners for our business.”

Baruah believes there is good market potential for JHF products in India, South Asian countries, Middle East and North African regions. He says, “The quality and technology used in our machines are second to none. All we need to do is project our machines correctly in the right market amidst the right audience so that the true value of our products is brought to the fore.”

Daniel Pow, regional business development manager of JHF, says the company is focused on digital packaging printing. “The improvement of the printing speed, resolution and stability has given digital printing a chance to enter the traditional packaging industry. JHF took years to develop U2000—a high resolution, high speed digital equipment for corrugated board packaging. We now want to showcase our technology to other regions as well because we believe our products should reach out to customers who prefer quality and state-of-the-art technology.”
