Paktek’s auto flute laminator has a format size from 1100 mm to 1900 mm and is suitable for producing lamination of solid board, 2-ply, 3-ply or 5-corrugated boards. The optional auto pile turner in-lined with flute laminator can collect laminated sheets front-side and backside to avoid curving. According to Paktek, it helps in saving manpower cost while increasing output.

The workable carton designs can be simply straight-line, crashlock bottom, double-side gluing, 4-corner, 6-corner cartons and other complicated designs of cartons with tailor-made modifications.
