Reflecting the rapid transformation of India’s printing, packaging, signage, visual communications industries, Print Expo Chennai and Media Expo Chennai 2026 will return to the Chennai Trade Centre, Tamil Nadu from 9 – 11 July 2026 with their largest combined editions to date.
Bringing together over 550 products and solutions across 11,000 square meters of gross space, the co-located shows are set to become South India’s most comprehensive sourcing platforms for the print, advertising, branding, signage and packaging ecosystems.
South India continues to be a highly significant market for the printing, signage and visual communications industries, characterized by a large base of established print businesses, strong demand for cost-effective production technologies and a preference for regional sourcing and business engagement. Print Expo and Media Expo have emerged into strategic platforms that bring the complete spectrum of industry solutions closer to the South Indian market.
The growing importance of the platform is reflected in the 2026 edition, where exhibitor demand has resulted in a sold-out show floor, expanded booth sizes and increased participation from companies across India seeking to strengthen their presence in the region.
In 2026, the co-located shows have reflected a growth of 20% including the floor space and many new first-time participants. This has resulted in the addition of a new exhibition hangar to accommodate the growing exhibitor numbers and expanded floor area.
The growth of the exhibitions mirrors the momentum of the industries they serve. According to IMARC group, India’s commercial printing market is projected to grow from US$ 36.53 billion in 2025 to US$ 46.65 billion by 2034, driven by urbanization, digital infrastructure investments and growing adoption of intelligent display technologies.
