At Pamex 2026 Mumbai, Fujifilm India presented a comprehensive portfolio of digital print and device technology solutions, highlighting its capability in both the production printing and office printing segments.

Fujifilm’s stand showcased a wide array of systems across its Revoria and Apeos brands. Priyatosh Kumar, associate director and head of graphic communication and device technology, Fujifilm India, said, “Under the Revoria brand, we had three color machines and one monochrome machine on display. In the Apeos brand, we showcased three devices.”

The Revoria Press lineup included the six-color Revoria PC1120s, the 5UPER color Revoria five-color presses, Revoria EC2100S, and SC285S models. The Apeos portfolio included the Apeos C5570 color and 5570 mono series for efficient A3+ service counter operations, along with the Apeos 4620 SX A4 mono multifunction printer.

Speaking about the relevance of office printing in an increasingly digital world, Kumar said the Indian market continues to expand, especially in digital color volumes. According to him, tier 2 and tier 3 cities are emerging as significant growth drivers.

Earlier, print service providers in these cities would begin with reconditioned machines. Now, they are starting with high-end office machines and gradually migrating to entry-level production systems as volumes increase,” he explained. He said this transition has been visible over the past few years and is expected to accelerate further.

Kumar confirmed growth across various segments in Fujifilm. “We have had significant growth in our digital business, both in the production printing space, which we call the print-on-demand space, and in the device technology or office printing space,” he said. According to him, this expansion has translated into a substantial increase in page volumes across Fujifilm devices in India.

The interaction touched upon the rise of short-run and quick-turnaround jobs. Kumar emphasized that India’s rapid adoption of eCommerce and quick commerce models is reshaping print demand patterns.

We are in the world of quick commerce. Run lengths are becoming shorter, product life cycles are shrinking, and variability is increasing. Customers want faster turnaround times and more customization,” he noted. In this scenario, digital printing technologies play a critical role, offering flexibility, speed, and efficiency to meet evolving requirements.

Kumar described the show as one of the most significant graphic communications events of the year. He said the exhibition attracts visitors from across India and neighbouring countries, bringing together packaging converters, commercial offset printers, label printers, and photo printers under one roof.

We have meaningful conversations with customers from different segments and gain valuable insights and feedback. This helps us refine our offerings and deliver solutions that align with their needs,” he said.

Kumar said that over the past four years, the company has launched 14 product families, each comprising multiple SKUs, and promises the same in the upcoming years. “This initiative will continue in the years going forward. The momentum of new launches will remain strong in FY2026 as well.”
