Initially set up as a consumables supplier and later expanded into plate supply as a service bureau, Noida-based Shri Krishna Graphics has steadily added new verticals so customers can access nearly everything they need under one roof. Now, the company has taken a bold step into full-fledged commercial and packaging printing with the installation of a brand new Komori Enthrone G29.

Shri Krishna Graphics is headed by Anupam Gupta, an alumnus of Pusa Institute of Technology (New Delhi) and an experienced printing technologist with over three decades in the field, a journey that reflects both strong technical command and entrepreneurial resolve. Looking back at his early career, Gupta shares, “Right after completing my education in 1994, I began working with organizations such as The Indian Express, The Times of India, CMS Info Systems, and even a central government department.”

He adds, “During my years in employment, I often felt limited by the environment. Eventually, I understood the importance of having a space where I could innovate, grow, and remain closely aligned with technology. That’s when I decided to leave my job in 2010 and take the entrepreneurial plunge by launching Krishna Sales to supply consumables. As the business expanded steadily, we built an eco-system of allied ventures, including Crystal Graphics, a CtP bureau in Tronica City, Ghaziabad, followed by another similar bureau in Noida.”

Gupta explains that while catering to numerous printers with plates and consumables, they observed that many relied on far-off jobbers. This often disrupted delivery schedules and compromised print quality. “Identifying this gap prompted us to establish our own printing facility to address our customers’ challenges. We were clear that if we stepped into printing, it had to be with the right technology from the right brand.”

Speaking about the decision to invest in the Enthrone G29, Gupta notes that they evaluated and compared several brands and configurations before finalizing the Komori press, which met all their expectations. “In the end, we chose nothing but a brand new Komori,” he states confidently.

The press was installed in December 2025, and the ‘Start’ button was pressed on January 2, 2026. According to Gupta, the market response to the new Enthrone G29 has been highly positive. “Printers are eager to witness the output quality. That confidence alone brings in work,” he emphasizes.

Backed by solid technical expertise, a steadily expanding customer base, and a focused vision for entering the packaging segment, Shri Krishna Graphics appears set for consistent growth with the Enthrone G29. Mr. Gupta is supported in the business by his wife, Renu Gupta, and their son, Sanchit Gupta.

Sharing his outlook on the industry and advice for the younger generation, he remarks, “The printing and packaging sectors hold tremendous opportunity and a promising future. I urge young people to first learn the craft, gain hands-on experience, and then build their own path.”
