Monotech Systems unveiled a range of printing solutions at Print Expo 2025 and Media Expo 2025 in Chennai, showcasing the company’s latest innovations across commercial printing, books, print enhancement, and signage graphics.
“This edition has been overwhelming, not only due to the new venue but also because it has attracted an entirely new audience,” TP Jain, managing director, Monotech Systems, said. “We launched our flagship Pixeljet Dynamo 320Pr, a 3.2m UV hybrid large-format printer at the expo.”
According to Sudhakar Lingappan, general manager of the large format printing and scanning (LFP&S) division, the company achieved significant sales and solidified its brand presence.
During the event, the company highlighted its portfolio of Canon large-format printing solutions for a diverse clientele, including photo labs, fine arts institutions, jobbers, and professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors. “We have solutions for every segment, whether you are a photo printing professional or an engineering and construction professional,” Lingappan said.
Lingappan said the footfall at this year’s exhibition was notably better than the previous edition, leading to meaningful interactions with a broad range of customers. “We are expecting good business in the future,” he added, reflecting a positive outlook.
The show was successful on multiple fronts, proving to be more than just a branding exercise. “We sold a few large-format printing machines from our end, and overall, it was a good branding exercise for our vertical,” he explained.
Looking at the regional market, Lingappan expressed strong optimism about Tamil Nadu. He highlighted a growing demand for photo printing machines, a trend he sees as a “huge opportunity for our Canon photo printers to target the South.” This positive market trend, combined with the successful show, positions Monotech Systems for continued growth in the region.
