Monotech Systems unveiled a range of printing solutions at Print Expo 2025 and Media Expo 2025 in Chennai, showcasing the company’s latest innovations across commercial printing, books, print enhancement, and signage graphics.
“The debut edition of Media Expo in Chennai has been overwhelming, not only due to the new venue but also because it has attracted an entirely new audience,” said TP Jain, managing director, Monotech Systems. “We launched our flagship Pixeljet Dynamo 320Pr, a 3.2m UV hybrid large-format printer, at the expo. We received an excellent response at Print Expo 2025. Hosting both expos side by side has created a comprehensive platform where visitors from both industries can explore diverse products and solutions.”
Key highlights
Monotech’s stand at Print Expo 2025 drew significant attention with displays such as the Ricoh Pro C7500; the Ricoh Pro 8420 monochrome production printer (fully integrated with an inline bookmaking solution from Plockmatic); the PixelGlow Vertex, the company’s indigenously manufactured digital UV & foiling system; the PixelGlow Lumina, compact entry-level UV and foiling system; and the Morgana ColoCut SC7000 T, an automated digital die cutter for perfect finishing solution.
Print samples produced on the Jetsci Knowzzlejet high-speed web press, Ricoh digital production press, and the PixelGlow print enhancement system drewvisitors.
Pixeljet Dynamo 320Pr
Unveiled at Media Expo 2025, the Pixeljet Dynamo 320Pr—a premium series UV hybrid printer—drew attention. Designed for high-speed, high-quality printing, it features the latest Konica Minolta 1024a (4-row) printheads, enabling seamless printing of display graphics up to 3200mm.
The Dynamo 320Pr supports dual media rolls (1.27m each), allowing simultaneous printing on two separate rolls—whether for the same job or different projects. According to Jain, this printer redefines UV hybrid printing with unmatched flexibility.
Speed and versatility
Operating at 213 square meters an hour (2-pass mode) with multi-color options, the Dynamo 320Pr offers over 10 customizable color combinations, including C-W, W-C, C-W-C, and embossed textures. It accommodates a wide range of conventional and unconventional media, such as glass, acrylic, ceramic, metal, paper, wool, leather, flex banners, wallpapers, car stickers, soft films, PVC, PP, PE, PTFE, and more
It’s great to see Monotech pushing the envelope in multiple print sectors. I’m particularly curious about their approach to enhancing signage graphics—this could revolutionize the way we think about digital signage.
