The Screen Printers’ Association of India (SPAI) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government Institute of Printing Technology (GIPT) to introduce specialized screen printing education for students under its training initiative, ‘Print Ki Paathshala.’

As part of this collaboration, SPAI has developed a customized syllabus aligned with AICTE guidelines, ensuring that GIPT’s Diploma in Printing Technology students receive industry-relevant training. The first batch will commence in March 2025 and continue throughout the year.

This partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing technical skills and bridging the gap between academia and industry. SPAI also aims to extend this initiative to other educational institutions, encouraging them to leverage ‘Print Ki Paathshala’ to better prepare students for careers in the printing industry.
