Solimar Systems, a provider of workflow software solutions for print production and digital communications, has announced its participation and support at Hunkeler Innovation Days (HID) in key partner stands – RISO and Screen.
Solimar’s staff will demonstrate the benefits and use cases of their industrial PDF optimization solution: ReadyPDF Prepress Server. This product optimizes fonts, images, objects, and colors and fixes most structural issues, creating PDFs that process more efficiently for printing on production cut-sheet devices, continuous feed presses, and for online ePresentment, with full document fidelity.
ReadyPDF is installed worldwide in print and mail facilities, including BC DirectGroup, a prominent German print management company. They implemented the application programming interface (API) of ReadyPDF for seamless integration into their existing document workflows and technologies.

The Solimar team will demonstrate their factory mobile dashboard, SOLitrack, which tracks and reports on the status and progress of all jobs, including individual pieces, from receipt, internal processes, print, finishing, mail, and archive/eDelivery. SOLitrack integrates with production color inkjet devices, including the RISO Valezus T2200 and the Screen Truepress Jet520HD by sending optimized PDFs via JDF Job Ticketing.
