The Canon imagePRESS V1000 has once again proven to be the printer of choice for enhancing overall volume, quality, and productivity, as demonstrated by the recent installations of two presses at Mumbai-based Shiv Graphic. The company is now efficiently running a Canon digital press as a key production machine at each of its two units, located in Lower Parel (W) in Mumbai and Sanpada in Navi Mumbai.
The Lower Parel (W) unit of Shiv Graphic was incorporated in 2014 by three business partners – Ramesh Chamariya, Kalpesh Ravat, and Gaurav Ravat, who are at the helm of the company as directors. “When we started receiving increasing customer demands for graphic prints that stick out amid crowds, we explored machine options that could meet the requirement. Finally, we found the Canon imagePRESS V1000 as the right option,” says Ramesh Chamariya.
“To meet the increasing demands for a higher volume of quality prints from our customers of diverse profiles, we unveiled our Sanpada unit in Navi Mumbai where we installed the second Canon imagePRESS V1000. These two highly versatile digital color production printing machines enabled us to produce more graphic applications in superior print quality,” Ramesh Chamariya says.
A team of 55 is taking care of the overall printing and production of commercial prints and others at Shiv Graphic’s Lower Parel (W) and Sanpada units. “Other than commercial graphics, we deal in the printing of larger graphics for signage and promotional display applications using a line of digital large-format printers,” he says, adding, “What we endeavor is to provide every print solution that our customers require.”
“When it comes to commercial printing, our two Canon imagePRESS V1000 digital color production machines are vigorous enough to handle everything. You name it, we are now capable of producing it, be it business cards, brochures, catalogs, cards, fliers, etc.” The Canon imagePRESS V1000 supports diverse media ranging from 52 gsm to 400 gsm to deliver graphic prints in resolution of 2400x2400dpi at the speed of 100 A4 ppm.
