Gallus will be unveiling its new generation of machines employing digital inkjet print technology for printing labels. Introducing the first ever modular in- line printing press from Gallus an inkjet printing module integrated into a Gallus machine platform combines the latest digital printing technology with the benefits of conventional

printing and further processing technology. This new machine system

developed as a joint venture between Heidelberg and Fujifilm, the leader in inkjet technology sets new standards in label printing in terms of quality, short-run production efficiency and scope for customization.

Print and register quality

The modern UV inkjet printing quality is achieved at the speed of flexographic printing and with the efficiency of digital printing, while maintaining the highest standards of register quality.

The benefits of high-quality digital printing combined with the process engineering associated with conventional Gallus printing machines enables in-line finishing, varnishing and further processing of labels.

Digital printing has the advantage of lowering an order’s fixed costs and limiting the material costs for customization and versioning, while the conventional print functions enable numerous finishing options and thus allow for in-line embellishment.

The first digital in-line printing machine system by Gallus offers 1200 dpi print resolution, latest printhead technology by Fujifilm and production speeds of 50 metres a minute

Gallus RCS 330, RCS 430, ECS 340

The advantages of the Gallus RCS 330 in conjunction with a color control system from QuadTech will be quite clear when put to practical use.

There will be a live pre-launch demonstration of the flagship of the Gallus machine program with new control system and intuitive operation. The extra-high-productivity Gallus ECS 340 can handle even complex diecuts at top speeds.

The screen printing division presents the latest developments in Gallus Screeny screen printing plates and system solutions for screen printing.
